5. Payments & Pricing

• All prices listed on our site or in invoices are in U.S. Dollars (USD).

• Payments are due at the time of purchase unless otherwise specified in a signed agreement.

• We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and approved online payment methods.

• Prices are subject to change without notice.

• Failure to make timely payments may result in delayed project delivery or cancellation.

6. Refunds and Cancellations

Due to the nature of our digital and creative services, all sales are final. Refunds are not provided once work has begun, products have been delivered, or digital downloads have been accessed.
If you wish to cancel a service before work has started, please contact us immediately. Cancellations may be subject to a processing or administrative fee.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, designs, graphics, and materials created by Six14 Design Studio remain the intellectual property of the Studio unless otherwise stated in writing.

• You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the final deliverables for personal or business purposes.

• You may not resell, redistribute, or claim ownership of any materials provided.

• Source files (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, or raw files) are not included unless specified.

We retain the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio, marketing materials, and social media for promotional purposes unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is in place.

8. Client Responsibilities

To ensure project success, you agree to:

• Provide all required materials, information, and feedback in a timely manner.

• Respond to emails and communications within the agreed timeframe.

• Approve or request revisions according to the agreed schedule.

Failure to provide necessary materials or communication may result in project delays or cancellation without refund.

9. Turnaround Time

Estimated turnaround times vary by project. While we strive to meet all deadlines, unforeseen delays may occur due to revisions, incomplete client information, or technical issues. Six14 Design Studio is not liable for delays outside our control.

10. Third-Party Services

Our website or Services may contain links to third-party tools or websites. Six14 Design Studio is not responsible for the accuracy, content, or policies of these external platforms. Use of third-party tools or integrations is at your own risk.

11. Digital Products

For digital downloads, templates, or design assets purchased through our website:

• You receive a personal-use license only (unless stated otherwise).

• You may not share, resell, or distribute these files.

• All digital sales are final and non-refundable.

All client information shared during a project will be kept confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without consent, except as required by law.

Under no circumstances shall Six14 Design Studio or its owners, employees, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use our Services.
Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the Services.
